Management strategies for multiple sclerosis fall into two general categories--those used to treat the underlying disease process and those used to minimize and control specific symptoms such as spasticity, bowel or bladder problems, or fatique. This volume focuses on the management of specific symptoms that may develop as the result of the disease process in multiple sclerosis. It is based on the management program developed at The Fairview Multiple Sclerosis Center in Minneapolis.
