A business-class Internet service has been introduced by Switch Communications, an independent installer of integrated communication solutions in the UK and an accredited Alcatel premium business partner.
Switch Communications said its Switch Globalreach Internet service, which is intended for the B2B market, will increase support of its customers and their networks.
The company claimed it has created a one-stop network installation, support and management offering which allows it to establish and provide Quality of Service standards for WANs, LANs, VPNs and Internet connections, from one source. It said this will mean customers need one point of contact for all network connectivity requirements.
According to Switch Communications, the new ISP offering provides business-class Internet service with enough bandwidth to ensure voice, data and video communications are available on demand, with high security. Switch Globalreach extends the company's network installation, support and management capabilities, connecting multiple offices securely and reliably, through the company's IP VPN offering InPurple.
