Swiss and Japan Airlines. (Financial News).
National air carrier, Swiss, has signed a key agreement with Japan Airlines so as to boost its share in Asia's aviation market.Swiss said the partnership agreement includes a code sharing arrangement that would come into effect this April. The deal will ensure a daily service between Tokyo and Zurich. Asia currently accounts for some 25 per cent of Swiss's revenues. Last month, Swiss announced plans to cur its fleet and axe 700 people in an effort to remain competitive.
