Swig taps Abigail for luxury condos.

Abigail Michaels Concierge Company has been retained by Swig Equities, LLC to provide on-site hotel style concierge services at Swig Equities' two new luxury condominium conversion projects--Sheffield57 and 25 Broad Street.

"We are thrilled to be associated with Kent Swig who is such a visionary in the industry," said Abbie Newman, the principal of Abigail Michaels Concierge, NYC's largest residential concierge company servicing over 40 of Marthattan's high-end condominiums. "Kent is the quintessential New York developer."

"We want our sophisticated residents to have top quality services and amenities," said Swig, who felt strongly that while other condominiums have "virtual" concierge services, he preferred "on-site" services for both Sheffield57 and 25 Broad Street. "Our buildings offer our residents, who are typically busy urban professionals, a personalized lifestyle management service that is fast becoming a basic need as opposed to just a luxury amenity."

"And, Abigail Michaels Concierge was far and away the best company to provide responsive and dependable luxury concierge service," added Swig.

Abigail Michaels' staff will be on duty seven days a week behind desks in the lobby of both Sheffield57 and 25 Broad Street providing service to residents that include: complete move-in management, housekeeping, dog walking, restaurant reservations, personal chefs, catering, personal shopping, travel bookings, tickets and more. The company, which employees a full time staff of over a dozen concierges, also uses high tech software programs to track residents' requests and create profiles which help the concierges anticipate the residents' every need.

Michael Fazio, Newman's partner and co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge, is the "Official On Air" concierge for the "Wake Up with Whoopi" radio show on Clear Channel. Together with Newman, the pair is expanding the company to financial corporations like Bessemer Trust and Rockdale Capital who offer concierge services to their employees and clients.

"We are very excited to take our company in these new directions," added Fazio, who explained that although Abigail Michaels has provided specialized "onsite move-in" service for other developments (Alcott and The Element), this is the first time the company has provided fully staffed on-site concierge service for a full menu of residential services.
