Sweet and savoury success.

Nothing assists a Salesman more than having a good quality and varied range of product to sell. "Fortunately, Baynflax is blessed with both these attributes. With Quality and Value for money being the prime feature of our equipment" says Adrian Shenton, Managing Director of Baynflax when outlining the Company's approach to Sales.

Based on an industrial estate on the North side of Warwick and close to the M40 and M42 motorways the Company specialises in the design, manufacture, installation/commissioning of Stainless Steel Food Processing equipment as well as offering a first class spares and service facility. Baynflax became a limited Company back in 1971 and has since developed its range of equipment enabling the Company to become a major force in both the meat and savoury world as well as being able to offer automation of cheese Cake/Triffle type desserts and Sponge Cake decoration installations. Recently Baynflax acquired a new Chief Executive in John Finn who has helped provide the Company with improved Management Systems along with an improved quality checkline procedure, and last but not least a short to medium term plan to expand the Company into Europe.

Recently the Company took the opportunity to show off its Flagship Flexi Pie Machine at Bake 93. The response from the various visitors to the stand was overwhelming with many follow up enquiries likely to be turned into orders. Shortly after the exhibition Baynflax received an order in excess of |pounds~357,000.00 for a fully automated Pie Machine for one of the leading UK manufacturers: this follows closely behind the previous 6 Pie lines that the Company has built within the last 18 months, a sure sign of the elevated reputation of Baynflax within the Bakery World.

The Flexi range of Pie Machinery comes in 400-600-800 working widths along with which is offered a wide range of ancillary equipment such as Automatic Foil Denesting, Pastry/Meat Billetors, Strip Feeders, Depositors, Sheeters both plain and lattice, Pastry Systems and Scrap return Conveyors, all of which are designed and built at their Warwick based factory.

Quality, safety, reliability and hygiene are given prime consideration in the manufacture of Baynflax machinery making Baynflax a market leader in the pie/flan production sector. From its traditional market within the savoury pie industry, Baynflax has moved over the years into many other areas of food production. Sandwich, trifle, cheesecake, chilled foods, ready meals and gateaux make up are all an important part of the range of equipment offered.

The Company takes pride in its ability to offer well engineered machines to solve customers' production problems and it is very mindful of the need to maintain its customers' production and so operates an efficient after sales and service department.

Recently Baynflax have appointed overseas agents which is in line with the Company plan to extend outside of the UK. Apart from the aforementioned machinery, Automatic Forming Heads on in-line Pastry/Sausage Meat Extruder Pumps, Glazing Units, Indexing Make Up tracks (ready meals, sandwich), Transfer Pumps and Celebration Cake Decorating Systems are among the other products manufactured to the high standard of construction from this progressive Midlands concern.
