TELECOMWORLDWIRE-17 December 2009-Swedish Anoto, US ACCO develop digital flipchart pen(C)1994-2009 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

17 December 2009 - Swedish high-tech company Anoto Group AB (STO: ANOT) said today that it developed a digital pen in cooperation with US branded office products supplier ACCO Brands Inc (NYSE: ABD) for ACCO's Nobo Kapture digital flipchart.

The flipchart, based on Anoto technology, is expected to be launched in January 2010.

Notes, written on the digital flipchart with the pen, are captured via a Bluetooth enabled USB receiver onto a PC/Mac and can be shared by e-mail in seconds.

The solution is easy to use with no IT support or training required, Anoto said.

The digital marker pen DP501, or so-called the Nobo Kapture digital pen, uses custom marker cartridges and is designed for digital flipcharts, whiteboards and other surfaces where marker pens are used.
