Summary: TEHRAN (FNA)- Swedish Deputy Foreign Minister Frank Belfrog underscored Tehran's influential and important role in regional developments, saying Tehran's rotating presidency over the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) plays a crucially important role in resolving regional and international problems.

The issue was raised in a meeting between Bellfrog and head of NAM Secretariat Esfandiyar Rahim Mashaei in Tehran.

Bellfrog, referred to Iran's active role in the region and said that the country's presidency over NAM can help take effective measures in the region.

NAM is comprised of some 120 member states and 17 observer countries.
