Sweden : Castellum extends cooperation with PostNord.

Castellum in Stockholm has signed a lease agreement with PostNord regarding a warehouse logistics center of approximately 5,600 square meters. The premises are located in Arsta just south of Stockholm.

rsta is a popular area in terminal and logistics operations, where the location, which is closest to distribution within Stockholm, plays an important role. This brought a lot of interest to the vacant premises and it is now clear that PostNord becomes the new tenant. They join the venue 2018-02-01.

"PostNord grows in parcel, pallet and pieceware and needs to continuously create space for the increasing volumes. We are pleased with the cooperation with Castellum, and the new premises will be able to relieve our terminals in Veddesta and Segeltorp, "says Anders Holm, head of PostNord Sweden.

Castellum has a long relationship with PostNord as a tenant in a number of properties around the country.

"We are pleased with the continued trust of PostNord, which is an important tenant for us," says Kristian Pamp, Business Area Manager, Stockholm-North Region in Castellum .

The warehouse and logistics industry is growing fast and Castellum is constantly working on developing the supply and finding new opportunities for the company's new and existing tenants in the segment.
