Swede deal in DUMBO.

Two Trees Management Co. announces that Svenska Handelsbanken--a Swedish bank with branches in Northern Europe, Great Britain and the United States--has leased office space at 55 Washington Street in the burgeoning waterfront neighborhood of DUMBO.

"We're delighted to welcome Svenska Handelsbanken to DUMBO," said Chris Havens, Director of Leasing for Two Trees Management Co. LLC, who represented Two Trees in the lease. "With this community's booming international culture with its European feel and cobblestone streets, the bank and its employees are sure to feel at home in DUMBO."
