According to Alan Rosenberg, president of Sutton & Edwards, the rest of heavy leasing activity at Parkway Plaza has secured six new class-A tenants, bringing the 250,000 square-foot building to 90 percent occupancy.

Joining the building's tenant roster Exxon, Barnes & Noble, Nick & Sec rity Pacific are Prudential Insuranc Household Finance and Cable & Wireless Communications. Signings include 6,500 square-feet to Household Finance for a sales and regional office broker with D'Angelo Forrest; Cable & Wireless Communications for 4,500 square feet and Brandon Systems for 2,000 square-feet, both represented by Cushman & Wakefield; Auriemma Consulting, brokered by Sholom & Zuckerbrot and Prudential Insurance and Talent Tree Personnel Services both represented by Sutton & Edwards, vice presidents, Bob Guido and Joe Zahn.
