Sutton & Edwards Inc.

Sutton & Edwards Inc. negotiated a seven-year lease term at 123 Frost Street in Westbury, NY, on behalf of DiGiorgio Corporation, to accommodate the real estate needs of their MIS division. DiGiorgio Corporation executed a restructured business plan that called for the relocation of corporate operations to Carteret, NJ and subsequent disposition of their wholly-owned, approximately 353,000 square-foot headquarters at 700 Dibblee Drive in Garden City.

Jeffrey Cebula and Jay Silver of Sutton & Edwards represented DiGiorgio, and Jim MacDonald represented Spiegel Associates in negotiating a long-term lease agreement for approximately 11,200 square feet, enabling the company to maintain a Long Island presence in close proximity to a high-tech labor force.
