Sutton & Edwards Inc completes Long Island's biggest lease deal.
The lease represents one of the largest expansions this year by a Long Island business.
Gus Nuzzolese, senior executive director of Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN, represented Cameron in lease negotiations.
The landlord, Oyster Bay Properties, was represented by Ted Stratigos and Jason Forte, of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
"The lease signing marked the culmination of a more than year-long effort that involved research, negotiation and execution of a lease, due to complex work letter requirements, including the need for individual and supplemental HVAC controls, built-in workstations and dozens of 30 private offices," Nuzzolese said.
Currently located in a 8,000 s/f space at 3 Aerial Way in Syosset, N.Y., Cameron has grown its staff to 62 and required a central location convenient for its employees and clients throughout Long Island and the metro area.
Cameron plans to sublease 5,000 s/f of its new space for a five-year period.
