Support officer arrested.

A FORMER police community support officer who faces child pornography charges has changed his name.

Lee Wilson, 21, has now changed his name to Jack Michael Holmes, and has also moved.

Holmes is accused of nine counts of making indecent images of children, four counts of possessing indecent images of children and one count of possessing extreme pornography.

He was working for Northumbria Police as a community support officer in Northumberland when he was arrested at his home in June.

He has resigned from his role with the police. His change of name and address emerged at his appearance at South East Northumberland magistrates court in Bedlington in relation to the charges. The case will be heard at Newcastle Crown Court on January 17.
