Description : Intervention that will affect 1,200 schools that offer Inicial and Basic Education in Paraguay. There will be three different models of extended school days implemented: i) extended schooling (from 4 to 8 hours maintaining the same curriculum); ii) double schooling (from 4 to 8 hours, introducing new disciplines); iii) Eira puku (from 4 to 6 hours). The intervention will have 4 components: i) Development of new curriculum, pedagogical contents, materials and teachers training; ii) Development of infrastructure and a transportation system; iii) Development of digital content (language; mathematics; science; second language); iv) Incentives for students and their families; v) Impact Evaluation and Monitoring.
