SunUs tech launches twin electrical preload systems.

Taipei, Feb. 10, 2012 (CENS) -- SunUs Tech Co., Ltd., a maker of gears, worms and worm gears in Taiwan, has recently debuted twin electrical preload systems with higher processing accuracy, noting the new product also features high torque, good drive response, long service life, low noise, zero maintenance, excellent sealing and easy installation.

To meet accuracy requirements of large machine tools, the twin electrical preload system uses two servo motors on the input side, equally spreading loads on the two output pinions with one set driving while the other braking to achieve backlash-free effect.

Formerly Tung Li Gear Works Co., SunUs Tech has more than four decades experience in manufacturing gears, worms and worm gears, and uses advanced production equipment from Germany, Switzerland and Japan to ensure quality.

The maker has expertise in designing and producing planetary gear reducers that meet ISO9001 standards for CNC (computerized numerically controlled) machine tools, supplying mainly precision planetary gear reducers, various sizes of gears, spur gears, helical gears, worms and worm gears.

The company's other popular item is the PG-series planetary gear reducer featuring high positioning accuracy, high torque, low backlash, low noise and high efficiency, and high compatibility with most servo motors. This series of products is widely used in various kinds of machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and automated industrial machinery.
