Subsription sites merged with launch of "Capital Changes Daily".

In related news, CCH, Inc. (Riverwoods, IL) has ceased operation of its ADR Global Capital Changes Daily subscription Web site and has launched a new version of its Capital Changes Daily Web news service. The new combined site is designed to offer a single source for capital changes information. Previous subscribers to the closed sites retain access to the new merged site.

The new site offers information related to transactions, including: "Today's Transactions," with links to a list of all the current day's transactions; "The Search Results Table" that lists dates, company name, CUSIP, a headline and a summary of the related transaction; "Alert & ADR/Global Symbols" denoting the latest update to a previously published transaction; and, definitions of Transaction and Taxability Codes.

CCH said the new site offers subscribers access to information from ADR/Global Capital and Capital Changes on the same site. Searches on the site can be made by company name, CUSIP, number, word or phrase, publication date, transaction date, corporate action code or taxability status.
