Studley represents Credit Agricole.

Credit Agricole, the largest bank in France and the seventh largest in the world, has leased approximately 40,000 square feet of office space at 520 Madison Avenue, New York, for a 15-year term.

The transaction involved locating a prospective tenant for Credit Agricole's out Manhattan, and expanded its total occupancy at 520 Madison Avenue from 25,000square feet to 40,00 square feet. Further, the transaction provides for expansion options totalling an additional 30,000 square feet over the term of the lease.
