Studley moves fast to close lease.

Following the win of an eight-year, $113 million contract from the U.S. Dept. of Treasury to seize and forfeit property on its behalf as well as other U.S. law enforcement agencies, Alexandria, Virginia-based VSE Corporation has leased the 103,881 s/f warehouse at 35 Thatcher Road in Cranbury.

Studley's Chris Marx, SIOR, and Dan Foley, both senior managing directors in the firm's Northern New Jersey office, represented VSE in the long-term lease.

"VSE needed to act quickly upon being awarded such a significant government contract," said Marx.

"The Thatcher Road property met all of VSE's needs and the landlord, Forsgate Industrial Partners, was very responsive."

Following a custom build-out, VSE anticipates mid-February occupancy. Forsgate Industrial Partners was represented in-house by Catherine Argenio.
