Studley's Weiss honored.

Mark' S. Weiss, executive managing director of Julien J. Studley Inc., was honored May 2.1 for his support of Chabad Vocational Schools.

Weiss was selected as an honoree for his consistent support of Chabad Vocational Schools, which provides vocational training to orphaned and-disabled boys and girls in Israel. Weiss visited the schools' campus in Ramle, Israel, in March with his son, Or, who is currently serving in the Israel Defense Forces.

"We were impressed and delighted by-the schools' programs," said Weiss.

Chabad Vocational Schools' annual buffet dinner for the American friends of Chabad Vocation Schools was held May 21 in the corporate auditorium of U. S. Trust Company in New York.

Weiss is an active member of a number of other organizations including the Joint Passover Association; a non-profit that annually provides money for food to 18,000 families prior to Passover; and the Sinai Anti-Violence Intervention Program, which provides assistance to women who are victims of rape and domestic violence.
