Strut your way to health.

STRICTLY Come Dancing fever is set to continue into 2010 with dance classes being launched across South Wales.

SlimDance UK has joined children's cancer charity the Joshua Foundation to launch 12-week Strictly Cymru Dancing courses. Nicky Piper, of the Joshua Foundation, said: "The course is designed to not only teach ballroom dancer wannabes how to jive, rhumba, salsa and cha cha, it is also a fantastic way to get in shape."

The one-hour courses, costing pounds 5 per week, start from mid-January in Cardiff, Porthcawl, Bridgend and Llantrisant.
