Striking up a new role.

Former Newcastle United reserves player, Ray Finnigan, is tackling a new role at Benfield Renault after being appointed as fleet commercial sales executive at the Benfield Road dealership, in Newcastle.

Following his career on the football pitch, Ray has now had 15 years' experience in the motor industry and is thrilled to be offered the position at Benfield Renault.

Ray said: "I am really looking forward to furthering my career with one of the North East's leading motor dealers.

"Both Benfield and the Renault marque are striding forward into the 21st Century and it's really great to be so involved in such an established local business.

"I have joined Benfield at a really exciting time for the Renault product and, in time, I hope to develop and progress my career further."

Peter Snow, fleet sales manager, added: "Ray is already making a huge impact on both sales and our customers here at Benfield Road.

"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate him on all his hard work so far and wish him all the best for his future career here with us."
