Strike a pose.

Move over, horoscopes! The new way to define your personality is how you fall asleep.

In a recent study, psychologist Chris Idzikowski asked 1,004 English sleepers to identify their personality traits and the position they most often fall asleep in. From the data, he found that people with similar personalities tend to snooze in the same positions. (Check the chart, below, to see where you fit in.)

Idzikowski warns that these results are preliminary. "One weakness [of the study] was that the subjects described their own personalities," he says. Their descriptions might not have been accurate. "Overall there was little doubt that we had quite a nice bunch of people--which can't be right!" Idzikowski joked. He hopes future studies will help prove |hat you really are how you sleep.
