This handbook, prepared on behalf of the Task Committee on Strength Design in Aluminum, contributors review Canada's Code CSA S157-05 of 2005, Europe's Eurocode 9, and the US Aluminum Association's specification for Aluminum Structures of 2000. The reviews include design principles, material properties, resistance, buckling, connections and observations on such issues as precision, nomenclature, alternative methods and special procedures, and design strength v. test results.
