Street put on style.

BRIDGEND STREET won the South Wales Senior Cup after defeating Corus Steel (Port Talbot) 2-1 in the final at Tudor Park.

Street took the lead after 18 minutes when Lee Bishop broke clear down the left and coolly slotted the ball home from 12 yards.

Corus responded with a 35th-minute equaliser against the run of play.

But the winning goal came from an unlikely source after 60 minutes, when left-back Paul Jones hit a 30-yard shot into the roof of the net to send the Street supporters wild.
