Strategic partnership helping employers; esos.

Auto Time Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with ESOS, a leading provider of payroll and human resources management outsourced services.

The partnership will help employers reduce costs by improving time and attendance and payroll systems.

Under the strategic alliance, Auto Time's time and attendance software will work alongside the HR and payroll outsourcing services that ESOS provides, allowing both Midlands-based companies to deliver a more complete HR solution for today's workforce management applications.

Workforce management is inextricably linked to payroll and HR, but very few specialists offer the solution as one complete package and via web-based applications the partnership is able to provide clients with UK coverage.

The advanced time and workforce management software from Auto Time can be adopted to work closely with the offerings from ESOS, thereby ensuring optimum payroll efficiency by reducing payment errors, which can add up to sizeable savings.

For HR and payroll managers the system offers substantial benefits.

For example, data files from Auto Time's software can be successfully uploaded into the ESOS system, thereby eliminating the need to manually key hours and absence data into the payroll system.

The partnership will also save the customer the inconvenience of having to deal with two firms who have never worked together.
