Strategic partnership helping employers; esos.
The partnership will help employers reduce costs by improving time and attendance and payroll systems.
Under the strategic alliance, Auto Time's time and attendance software will work alongside the HR and payroll outsourcing services that ESOS provides, allowing both Midlands-based companies to deliver a more complete HR solution for today's workforce management applications.
Workforce management is inextricably linked to payroll and HR, but very few specialists offer the solution as one complete package and via web-based applications the partnership is able to provide clients with UK coverage.
The advanced time and workforce management software from Auto Time can be adopted to work closely with the offerings from ESOS, thereby ensuring optimum payroll efficiency by reducing payment errors, which can add up to sizeable savings.
For HR and payroll managers the system offers substantial benefits.
For example, data files from Auto Time's software can be successfully uploaded into the ESOS system, thereby eliminating the need to manually key hours and absence data into the payroll system.
The partnership will also save the customer the inconvenience of having to deal with two firms who have never worked together.
"We're happy to be allied with ESOS, whose service offerings complement the work force management software that we offer," says Christian Berenger, business development director at Auto Time.
"Our combined resources will enable us to deliver a complete solution that links the Auto Time workforce management systems with the ESOS payroll and human resources management software services.
"Customers will benefit from this partnership by having access to improved, more efficient workforce management solutions."
Debbie Corkin, sales and marketing director at ESOS, agrees, saying: "Staff are a company's most valuable asset and also its biggest cost, so it is essential to have the right tools to manage them effectively.
"The nine to five grind is gradually becoming a thing of the past and our joint initiative will help to manage flexible working patterns very effectively.
"It will work alongside the payroll and HR solutions we provide to avoid the time consuming process of re-keying information.
"We look forward to having the opportunity to provide current and future customers with the very best time and attendance, payroll and HR solutions."
The partnership also reflects the high level of synergy between the two companies.
Both prioritise the delivery of well-designed and well-executed technology solutions based on a wealth of industry knowledge and software deployment expertise, as well as a truly customer-focused approach.
