Stormwater deadlines extended.

In a Federal Register notice of November 5, 1991, EPA officially extended the deadline for individual permit applications for industrial facility (including municipal facilities such as airports, sanitary landfills, vehicle maintenance garages, etc.) and stormwater discharges from November 18, 1991 to October 1, 1992.

EPA is also proposing to extend the deadline for Part 2 group applications to the October 1, 1992 date from the current deadline of May 18, 1992. Not included in the extensions (actual or proposed) are deadlines for Part 1 applications for municipal separate stormwater systems: Nov. 18, 1991 for cities over 250,000 population and May 18, 1992 for cities over 100,000 population.

Comments on the proposed Part 2 group application extension are due by December 5, 1991.
