Stores boost NSPCC with Easter handout; InBrief.

BHS stores in Coventry, Nuneaton and Stratford raised almost PS2,000 for the NSPCC in a week of Easter activities.

Staff at the three stores took part in a variety of fundraising activities including a sponsored non-uniform day, Easter quiz and a cake bake, raising PS1,863.

That was part of the national amount raised by BHS of PS104,454 at stores in a single week from Friday March 29 to Saturday April 6. The NSPCC's Alison Roberts said: "It is a testament to their commitment and the generosity of their customers that they continue to raise so much for the NSPCC so thank you to BHS staff and customers for their ongoing support."
