Store makes itself at Home on Rt. 9.
Formerly occupied by House of Norway, this shopping center is superbly located on one of the state's most highly traveled highways.
The Sheldon Gross team of Jonathan Glick, senior vice president, and Robert Bowman, vice president, represented the building owner, Scan Realty Corporation, while Milton Meyerson of Weichert Commercial, served as outside broker.
"We worked diligently to put together a long-term lease with the option to buy for Home Living, which perfectly met the real estate objectives of both Home Living and Scan Realty Corporation, one of our many long-term clients. Earlier this year, Glick and Bowman sold a warehouse for Scan Realty in East Brunswick. These transactions demonstrate our firm's ability to provide our clients with the highest level of personalized services."
