A NEW exclusive development of luxury lodges, park homes and statics has recently been unveiled at Willowgrove Leisure Park in the village of Preesall, just outside Knott End On Sea.

The park has been under new ownership since November 2017 and is currently undergoing major transformation to provide luxury holiday and residential accommodation for the semi-retired and mature adults.

The lake at Each home comes fully furnished with a private driveway, landscaped gardens and most having large verandas and with fantastic views surrounding the park.

Greg explained: "It's not just the weekend holiday owners the park is popular with either. With both holiday and residential licences, we have, more and more people are choosing to sell their family homes, free up some capital and downsize.
