Emmy Award-Winning Writer/Producer is First TV Executive to Embrace Next Generation 3-D Avatar Experience

PASADENA, Calif. -- Stephen J. Cannell Productions today announced it has partnered with Big Stage Entertainment to offer a collection of vignettes from classic TV shows on Users are now able to digitally take on the roles of their favorite characters from The A-Team and The Greatest American Hero, with more to come. Central to the experience is the ability for fans to easily create a life-like 3-D avatar of themselves that literally replaces the role of key characters like Mr. T in videos and photos, instantly. Using three snapshots taken with a standard digital camera, Big Stage maps the detailed contours of your face to create your life-like 3-D replica, called an @ctor[TM]. In about a minute, this incredibly accurate and animated digital version of you is born, seemingly alive through realistic movements and gestures. It can then be styled with any number of accessories, from hair to eyeglasses, hats and more. From here, your @ctor can be projected into everything from television clips and still images to virtual worlds and videogames. It can also act as your profile picture on popular social networks like MySpace and Facebook.

Stephen J. Cannell emerged as one of television's most powerful Emmy award-winning producer-writers over two decades ago.
