Staubach secures 29,517 s/f lease.

The Staubach Company's New Jersey office, a market-leading global full-service real estate strategy and services firm, today announced that, on behalf of the building owner Dow Jones & Company, it has secured a 29,517 s/f lease with Protech Solutions, Inc. at 4300 Route 1, Building Three, within the Bernard Kilgore Center corporate campus in Princeton, N.J.

In this transaction, John C. Giordano, III, principal, of The Staubach Company, represented Dow Jones and Company, and Gerry Fennelly of Gerry Fennelly & Associates represented Protech Solutions, a nationwide information technology services provider for development, maintenance and enhancement of automated systems.

"Staubach has been actively marketing this building on behalf of Dow Jones, and Protech Solutions was seeking as-built and furnished space in the Princeton corridor for a quick occupancy, making this a perfect match for both companies," said Giordano.
