Stars fine after his Irish wonder show.

JOHN Oxx's wonder horse Sea The Stars has returned home in fine fettle following his stunning display in the Tattersalls Millions Irish Champion Stakes on Saturday.

The Cape Cross colt stretched his Group One winning streak to five at Leopardstown, where he raced in front of his home crowd for the first time this season.

Aidan O'Brien's Ballydoyle team threw everything at him in an attempt to lower the colours of Sea The Stars, but Irish Derby winner Fame And Glory and four-time Group One winner Mastercraftsman were left trailing in his wake.

"He's absolutely fine, he's eaten up and he's trotted out sound," said Oxx's wife, Catriona.

"I don't think we'll ever come back down to earth with this horse. He just seems to be getting stronger."
