Stanley D. Katz.

Stanley D. Katz (photo), joins Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT) as a vice president, announced Stanley Simon, a partner with the full-service brokerage firm.

Katz was a vice president of Cushman & Wakefield in New Jersey and New York where he arranged some of the largest office transactions in the region. He negotiated ADT's lease for 150,000 square feet in Morris Corporate Center, Parsippany, in the relocation of the security company's corporate headquarters from the World Trade Center.

He represented Dun & Bradstreet in the purchase of a 150,000-square-foot building in Sammis' Morris Financial Center, Parsippany, for the headquarters of Dun's Marketing Services. He has also been active in the international real estate market, and has represented major corporations in the disposition of manufacturing facilities in Europe and South America.

Earlier, as director of Public Relations for Cushman & Wakefield, Katz was responsible for marketing some of the nation's signature office buildings, including The Bank of America building in San Francisco and John Hancock Tower in Chicago.

Katz will handle office leasing and sales from JGT's North Jersey branch office at 10 Rooney Circle, West Orange, New Jersery.
