Financial services company Standard Life has chosen digital asset management company Picdar to manage its UK corporate images and brands.
Picdar has now designed a hosted version of its Media Mogul software that will provide Standard Life with a secure web site for its Public Affairs department. The web site will be used to store images, videos, press releases, audiotapes and company logos in a digital format that can be recovered by an authorised employee. Details can also be attached to each digital file such as copyright, accreditation details and whether it is current, compliant, out of date or embargoed.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
