Standalone access panel. (Marketplace).
IDenticard of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has released a standalone,
two-reader access control panel designed for use in small applications.
Centurion is an economical alternative for businesses that need access
control at only one or two doors. Its installation is easy, and it can
be programmed from a laptop computer. It offers options for card reader
types, cardholder programming, relay input, alarm activation, and report
management and supports up to 2,500 cardholders. A parking lot feature
maintains a running total of cards in an area. It also features
automatic lock enable/disable capabilities, time zone controls with an
override option, antipassback, and latching relay cards. The unit does
not need to be connected to a central monitoring PC.
