Staffordshire News: Team lads real good sports; STREETLY.

YOUNG stars of a Lichfield League soccer club have finished top of their league for sportsmanship after winning a fair play award Players from 12 teams, aged from under sevens to under 16s, at Colron Boys Football Club, based at Foley Road, Streetly, secured the trophy for the 2004/2005 Lichfield League Club chairman Neil Murrall said: "I am very proud to receive this award on behalf of Colron. It's a significant honour for the club.

"Its an endorsement of the fact that while we want our teams to be competitive and successful, it's just as important that they play the game in the right spirit and have the right attitude towards the opposition and officials
