Winequest launches the WineInsight Restaurant Wine Program and Staff Training system for multi-unit restaurants and hotels. An internet-based system designed for corporate and/or unit managers to create and manage a strategic wine program using Winequest's proprietary flavor category management technologies, WineInsight can create an focused wine list and promises to train any new hire to sell wine in 15 minutes. WineInsight currently offers four levels of training, from new hire to program manager. Tim Hanni, Master of Wine, is president and founder of Winequest.
