Stabilizer blends. (The Latest News from Suppliers).

Recently launched by Great Lakes Chemical Corporation are two high performance liquid thermal and light stabilizer blends that provide protection against light and weather degradation of polyurethane products. Lowilite UV B1260 and Lowilite UV B1211 offer effective protection to polyurethane applications that suffer from color degradation due to extended exposure to heat and light. The Lowilite liquid stabilizer blends have demonstrated particular efficiency in polyurethane integral skin foam applications used for automotive components including door trims, instrument panels, steering wheels, headrests, armrests and window sealants. Both Lowilite UV B 1260 and UV B1211 are suitable for use in light stable color pastes. The UV B 1260 is recommended for applications with standard low fogging and thermal stability requirements and is especially suited for applications where UV protection is required. Meanwhile the UV B1211 1 is effective for interior automotive applications due to low fogging properties. Telepho ne: 31-164-317-015; Fax: 31-164-317-039.
