Spring St. works for gift gurus.

Newmark Retail has announced that Pylones has opened its second Manhattan store at 69 Spring Street in SoHo, where they are occupying 2,500 square feet on the ground floor with an additional 2,500 square feet in the basement.

Pylones, which operates internationally in Paris, Istanbul, Osaka and London, specializes in innovative and educational gifts.

Craig Slosberg, Managing Director, and Trever Gallina, Associate, of Newmark Retail, represented Pylones, while the landlord, United American Land, represented itself.

"SoHo proved to be a great market for Pylones," said Slosberg, "within one month of opening its doors it has exceeded its sales at its other New York location."
