Sunday Traffic Averages Approximately 70 Million Daily Page Views

The approximately 1.1 billion page views in September, a daily average of 35.1 million page views, represents an increase of 187% over total page views of approximately 380 million and daily average of 12.7 million page views in September 1999.

The four Sundays in September, coinciding with the beginning of the NFL's regular season, were's four highest traffic days ever, averaging approximately 70 million page views a day. That represents a 235% increase over the first four Sundays of the 1999 NFL season, which averaged slightly more than 20 million daily page views.
