SportsLine.com Records More Than 1 Billion Page Views in September.

Sunday Traffic Averages Approximately 70 Million Daily Page Views

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ --

SportsLine.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLN), the leading global Internet sports media company and publisher of CBS SportsLine.com (http://cbs.sportsline.com), today announced that it set a record for page views in the month of September, exceeding 1 billion page views in a single month for the first time in its history. The approximately 1.1 billion page views in September, a daily average of 35.1 million page views, represents an increase of 187% over total page views of approximately 380 million and daily average of 12.7 million page views in September 1999.

The four Sundays in September, coinciding with the beginning of the NFL's regular season, were SportsLine.com's four highest traffic days ever, averaging approximately 70 million page views a day. That represents a 235% increase over the first four Sundays of the 1999 NFL season, which averaged slightly more than 20 million daily page views.

This year, for the first time, SportsLine.com is offering its award- winning Commissioner.com fantasy football products free of charge with Miller Lite as the presenting sponsor. In addition, this year SportsLine.com became the exclusive provider of the fantasy football products for the NFL's official Web site, NFL.com.

"It's clear that our move to free fantasy football has been extremely successful in attracting both traffic and sponsorship," said Michael Levy, founder and CEO of SportsLine.com, Inc. "As pleased as we were with September's traffic, we're very optimistic about October, traditionally our strongest month, and one which features football along with the baseball playoffs and World Series. That fact coupled with tremendous exposure on CBS Sports' telecasts should result in another heavily trafficked month."
