Sports Confidential: A BAD KOREA MOVE.

Byline: Tom Hopkins

TOTTENHAM supremo Daniel Levy prides himself on being one of the game's great wheeler-dealers - but he was rendered speechless in the technology capital of Korea.

Levy was in the middle of thrashing out several transfer deals when he jetted out to the Far East to join his club's pre-season tour of Asia.

But, despite finding himself in the world's mobile phone manufacturing hot-spot, Levy's own mobile didn't work.

The Spurs chairman was forced to retire to his hotel room to conduct his business instead of being hands free and on the move.

Harder still when the guy you hired to do that job - Frank Arnesen - is back at home awaiting his move to Chelsea.

Still, the Spurs management team shouldn't be short of bodies to run errands - the club have taken a party of over 50 on the trip and only 27 of them are players.

A White Hart Lane spokesman claimed the party had been bolstered by a number of Football in the Community coaches who are busy promoting the game among local children.
