Spiegel Assoc. announces four tenants in Westbury.

Spiegel Associates, one of Long Island's leading development firms, has announced four new leases at three of its Westbury, New York, properties. The leasing transactions, which comprise more than 13,000 square feet, have aggregate rentals valued in excess of $9.2 million.

In an expansion move that brings 44 Bond Street to 100 percent occupancy, Robert Allen, Inc. has opened its first Long Island fabric showroom and warehouse in approximately 5,000 square feet of space. Al Centrella, assistant director of Industrial and Office Leasing, represented Spiegel Associates and Chris Seewagon of Greiner Maltz represented Robert Allen in the leasing transaction.

At 98 Bond Street, Landscapers Supply has leased approximately 5,400 square feet of space for a landscaping warehouse and distribution center. The company relocated from smaller space at Bridge Street in Garnerville, New York.

Finally, two tenants leased approximately 2,600 square feet of space at 1065 Old Country Road. Pons Institute opened its first Long Island trade school, which specializes in insurance, real estate and other business related areas, and Another Pair Of Hands, a brand new business, has opened an employment agency.
