Spera new executive vp at Penn Distributors.
Stanley H. Engle, president of Penn Distributors of Philadelphia, has announced the appointment of David F. Spera to the position of executive vice president. Spera joined Penn Distributors in 1968, and has risen through the ranks. He most recently held the post of vice president of operations.In that role, Spera oversaw day-to-day management of an 85-unit fleet, two warehouses of over 120,000 sq. ft. and a 12-employee clerical and data processing staff. With his new title, he will add responsibility for corporate planning. Penn Distributors is the Philadelphia wholesaler for Anheuser-Busch, the Stroh Brewery Co. and Beck's Beer.
