Cast Advanced Concretes displayed their new range of MASS Concrete Surfaces at the recent Surface Design Show. From the brand new MASS2 Floor and Wall to the well-established MASS1 Worksurfaces, recently fitted in the National Gallery's new restaurants and used in kitchens from Boffi to Bulthaup. All MASS products use their patented high-tech laminated concrete technology to produce the ultimate in concrete surfaces--fully sealed, versatile and lightweight--pure concrete. All are available in the new BASE 18 colour range.

Stirling Lloyd have launched a new brochure to accompany their Sentinel range of expansion joints. Designed using well established technology, combined with several innovative new concepts, the range includes joints suitable for use on road and rail bridges, buildings and car parks. The Sentinel joints are now a fundamental part of Stirling Lloyd's waterproofing product portfolio, providing customers with greater choice and an integrated service from design stage through to installation on site for expansion joints and waterproofing.

Nova Metals introduce the range of Gagecast, a cast metal wall surfacing material suitable for a variety of interior architectural applications where patterns feature high lustre, relief, durability, and where cost effective installation is a requirement. Twenty-eight designs are standard, however customization is encouraged.
Leeds-based design company Citysquared has launched a new range of contemporary seating products for public and private exterior spaces. The new range (including the Cantilever bench pictured here) aims to provide architects, landscape architects, urban designers, and garden designers with a fresh take on exterior furniture.
Projectors from Sill Lighting have provided a stunning lighting solution for Kingston Bridge that is sensitive to both architecture and river users. Sill's 495, 490 and 491 series projectors are mounted on short columns near to the riverbank at each end of the bridge, painting the bridge with a subtle wash of blue light achieved using bonded-in blue glass filters.
The Italian-based Colombo Design has been producing design-oriented door handles since 1990. Ice is the work of Bartoli Design, and combines the scope offered by plastic for the creation of a playful and 'light' object that is warm to the touch with the security of traditional handles, due to the stainless steel insert that also makes it suitable for use in the area of contract furnishing.
The regeneration of the 1960s-built Oakridge Central Housing Estate has included a large selection of Rationel's Domus timber windows and doors. These stain-finished units were chosen by the Oakfern Housing Association for inherent flexibility of design and ability to meet the demands of social housing as well as for the excellent presentation and visual qualities.
