Special Economic Zones to be accorded approval soon: Chandio.

RAWALPINDI, June 23, 2011 (Frontier Start): Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Maula Buksh Chandio on Wednesday said that Ministry of Law will soon give the approval of Special Economic Zone Act to promote the business culture. After the approval, Special Economic Zones will be established at different places. Tax rebate will be given to the investors for ten years so that business could flourish. He expressed these views while talking to Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) President Ghulam Ali and Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) President Ali Raza Saeed Shah here on Wednesday. Federal Minister Maula Bukhsh Chandio said that it is the top most priority of the Ministry of Law to provide legal cover and protection to the local and foreign investors. All efforts will be made to facilitate the business community to set up their trade, he added. On this occasion, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) President S. Ali Raza Saeed Shah said that Rawalpindi Geographically is an important as Afghanistan, China South Asian, Northern Areas have linked with this city. The RCCI President demanded Federal Minister for Law to play its effective role for the establishment of Special Economic Zone in Rawalpindi.
