Special Counsel to Participate in PLI Briefing on Document Review Best Practices.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Special Counsel, the legal staffing and document review unit of MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE: MPS), today announced that Rod Mazure, executive director of its Chicago office, will be a panel member in the upcoming Practising Law Institute (PLI) one-hour briefing entitled "Best Practices to Avoid Mistakes and Contain Costs in Document Review."

This audio-only, live web cast will focus on best practices for law firms and corporate legal departments to manage the review of electronic and paper information in lawsuits and government investigations. The one-hour briefing is scheduled for March 13, 2008, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. (EDT).

PLI is a non-profit, continuing legal education organization chartered by the Regents of the University of the State of New York in 1933. PLI is dedicated to providing the legal community and allied professionals with the most up-to-date, relevant information and techniques that are critical to the development of a professional, competitive edge. PLI's programs, held across the United States, include annually supplemented treatises, audio and video programs, interactive multimedia, course handbooks, web programs, customized training, and specialized services, all with the guidance of practice-specific Advisory Committees. PLI is headquartered in New York City with offices in California.

"Because electronic discovery has greatly increased the volume of information that needs analysis, a new standard of best practices in document review has evolved to maintain costs and improve efficiencies," said Debbie Seymour, senior vice president and leader of Special Counsel's document review practice. "As a leading provider of document review solutions, our legal professionals have reviewed hundreds of millions of pages on thousands of legal matters ranging from complex litigation to fast-moving second requests and securities investigations. Opportunities like this allow us to share our own experience while also learning from our colleagues in the industry."
