Spatial marks first ten CAA V5 Adopters.
The CAA V5 Adopter level was created to propagate development of cutting-edge complementary 3D PLM solutions to the CATIA, ENOVIA and DELMIA install base and serve as a catalyst for expansion of the CAA V5 platform into new markets. Benefits of becoming a CAA Adopter include gaining access to the robust CAA V5 3D PLM platform and increasing market opportunities. Spatial supports Adopters through Web information, support, and custom services.
The first ten Spatial CAA V5 Adopters are: Atlantec Enterprise Solutions, Atos Origin Engineering Services B.V., CADBAS GmbH, Cornerstone Technology, Inc., Elysium Inc., IVM SolveIT, Proficiency, STEP Tools Inc., Translation Technologies, Inc. (TTI), and Vistagy.
"As a leading provider of fully modifiable data exchange between mechanical computer-aided design (MCAD) systems, TTI recognizes the importance of reaching CATIA V5 users," said Robert Stevenson, president and CEO of TTI. "By becoming a Spatial Adopter, we immediately gained greater market potential in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM and made a prospective customer of any company using CATIA. In addition, Spatial's accelerated Adopter time-frame allowed us to move swiftly from the procurement to the development stage."
"The Adopter Program presents a simplified path toward development on the CAA V5 architecture," said Linda Lokay, executive vice president of Spatial. "These first ten members represent the vanguard of a whole new generation of application developers who are taking advantage of the opportunities presented by the powerful CAA platform itself."
