Southwest Airlines has reportedly teamed up with A&E Network to produce a behind the scenes look at commercial airline travel.

A&E Network is currently in production with Granada on ten half-hour episodes of 'Airline', which is set to debut in the first quarter of 2004. The programme is based on the hit UK show of the same name, which has had strong ratings during its six-year run on the UK's ITV network.

The series will focus on Southwest Airlines and will feature Los Angeles International Airport among others.
