Southport commercial units are on schedule for June completion.
The speculative Crowland Street Commerce Park development is being built within the established Blowick business and industrial location of the town. The six highspecification, new build trade counter or hybrid units are estimated for practical completion in June.
The units range from 2,691 sq ft through to 9,903 sq ft and the scheme will include wind turbines.
Subject to early agreement, the developers would be able to undertake internal alteration works to mirror the ingoing tenants' requirements. Agents at Fitton are quoting a rental of pounds 5.50 per sq ft..
