South Africa : Minister Lindiwe Sisulu hands over title deeds at Delft in Cape Town.

Minister of Human Settlements Lindiwe Sisulu will tomorrow, 16 September 2017 hand over title deeds and interact with members of the community at Delft, N2 Gateway Housing project, Cape Town.

Delft is part of the N2 Gateway housing project launched in 2005 to restore dignity and provide decent shelter to residents from informal settlements and backyard dwellers along the N2 freeway.

More than 7000 title deeds have been handed over to beneficiaries at N2 Gateway Housing Project.

The project consists of Joe Slovo, Delft Symphony, Delft 7-9, Boystown and Temporary Relocations Areas (TRA) which are constructed to hold residents as construction gets underway in the areas they had built informal settlements.

Minister Sisulu will be accompanied by the Director - General of the National Department Human Settlements, Mr Mbulelo Tshangana and the CEO of Housing Development Agency (HDA), Mr Pascal Moloi.
